The World Natural Hair and Healthy Lifestyle Event values the health, wellness, and safety of its attendees, vendors and service providers. Amidst the global concerns surrounding COVID – 19 concerns around the world and factors beyond our control, it is with deep regret that the 23rd Annual Taliah Waajid World Natural Hair & Healthy Lifestyle Event has officially been postponed, as a precaution to protect our attendees and staff. Wellness is at the core of our events mission and your safety will always come first.

This is an unprecedented issue that is not being taken lightly. Please review our FAQ list below for answers to your immediate questions regarding ticket purchases and vendor support.

ATTENDEES

Q: Is this event canceled or postponed?
A: Has been postponed.

Q: What does this news mean for my event registration?
A: Your registration is still valid; no further action is needed on your end. You will receive a direct email from Eventbrite regarding ticket purchases.

Q: Will I get a refund?
A: Unfortunately, you will not receive a refund, however, as described on our event pages and confirmations, all tickets to this event are transferable but not refundable.

Q: What about my flight and hotel?
A: Please contact the airline and hotel in which you have booked your reservation for details regarding your cancelation.

VENDORS

Q: Is this event canceled or postponed?
A: Has been postponed.

Q: What does this news mean for my vendor registration?
A: We are in the process of transferring all vendor registrations to the 2021 event. Your registration is still valid as well as all payments made towards your booth. Please note that the floorplan will not change and all booth assignments are final.

Q: Will I get a refund?
A: Unfortunately, you will not receive a refund as we are past our refund cut off date. This chain of events falls under the Act of God clause in your vendor contract in the terms and conditions you agreed to during your online registration. We appreciate your support and understanding during this time; thus, any confirmed registrations/payments will be honored for the 2021 event.

Q: What about my flight and hotel?
A: Please contact the airline and hotel in which you have booked your reservation for details regarding your cancelation.

Q: Who do I contact about my additional services like electricity, freight, décor, Av, etc?
A: Please contact your service provider directly in regards to your additional service questions.
