Afro yoga is an infusion of dance movements of the African Diaspora with meditative yogic practices and healing rhythmic tunes. During our time together, the community will come together in a judgement free environment to reconnect with their mind, body, and soul. The therapeutic stretches target certain areas to help you gain strength, flexibility, and release muscle tightness.These sessions are inclusive to all diverse backgrounds and no prior experience is necessary.
