It is designed to help participants recognize potentially dangerous situations and to develop behavior to reduce the probability of an initial encounter. The participants will be taught basic self-defense designed to significantly reduce the degree of physical harm that might come to her. As a result of the workshop, participants acquire a better understanding of their own capabilities and a greater confidence to cope with the unexpected.
